A roughly 500-meter promenade that connects the Nippon Maru ship (in Nihon Maru Memorial Park), located near JR Sakuragicho Station, to Navios Yokohama. This historic promenade, developed on the site of a former freight line, was part of the Yokohama Rinko Line, which opened in 1911. The rails, bridges, and signaling equipment remain as part of the now-defunct line. The lights of Yokohama Landmark Tower, Queen's Square, YOKOHAMA COSMO WORLD, and more line the horizon. The combination of the elegant skyline of buildings and the Ferris wheel, the brilliantly colored lights reflecting off the water, and the lights of passing ships create a beautiful night view that is as complete as a beautiful painting. This is a central spot for experiencing the impressive Yokohama Minato Mirai nightscape.
